(OES). This high load, 50 kg (110.2 lbs), vertical lift stage can be easily integrated into almost any application. The large 400 mm x 200 mm (15.748 in. x 7.874 in.) stage has a pattern of threaded mounting holes. The rigid box construction of the moving component of the elevator stage travels on six slide rails assuring smooth vertical travel and parallelism of the table and mounting surface at all times, and features: 3.315 µ (non- Micro-Step) resolution, 5 µ repeatability, and 15 µ positional accuracy.

Lubricants can then be pumped directly inside of linear ball bearing races without having to remove the bearing from the shaft. The Pillow and Flange Blocks also have been designed to accommodate an encapsulated ETX Scraper Seals that prevents contaminants from getting inside the bearing and retains the lubricant in the bearing.

Van Nuys, CA – Moticont has released a new three axis XYZ linear actuator the XYZ-10. The X and Y axes of the actuator each has a 0.97 in. (24.6 mm) of travel and the Z axis has a stroke of 0.500 in. (12.7 mm).

This precision, large open aperture (hollow core), low profile stage is just 65 mm (2.559 in.) high and it’s foot print is only 303 mm by 319 mm (11.929 in. by 12.559 in.) not including the motor. The rotary table of the stage has a precise pattern of threaded holes for mounting custom tooling and fixtures, and holes in the base for easy integration into new and existing applications. The diameter of the rotary table is 300 mm (11.811 in.) and the range of travel is a full 360o, and it is capable of continuous rotation.
