(OES) has introduced the XYR-300-400 Alignment Stage offering +/- 3 micron accuracy for industrial, medical, semiconductor, production, research, and laboratory applications.  The XYR-300-400 Alignment Stage features +/- 15 mm of travel in the X and Y axes and +/- 5 degrees of rotation (theta). It moves in XY-plane and rotates around the center of the XY-plane.

The XYR-300-400 Alignment Stage feature linear resolutions of the X and Y axis of 1 micron resolution with a 10 micro-steps per step motor driver and static parallelism of less than 0.05 mm.

(OES) is a very stable, high precision, high load vertical lift stage that can be easily integrated into almost any application. The large 120 mm x 180 mm (4.72 in. x 7.08 in.) drilled and tapped platform has a vertical travel of 100 mm (3.93 in.) and features: 3.315 µ (non- Micro-Step) resolution, 5 µ repeatability, and 15 µ positional accuracy. Van Nuys, CA —– Motion Control – Build-to-Order High Precision XZR Positioning Stages (X-axis, Z-axis, and Rotary- axis) are the newest addition to the OES (Optimal Engineering Systems, Inc.) family of motion control stages.  When specifying an XZR stage a user can select from a combination of linear stages with travel lengths of 15 mm, 30 mm, 50 mm, and 75 mm for the X and Z axes that feature high precision 1 mm per turn lead screws.  For the rotary axis a 60 mm diameter rotary table or 100 mm diameter rotary table are available.

The XAB-050-XX-01 integrates a two-axis Alpha-Beta goniometer on top of a single-axis linear actuator. The Beta-axis has a travel range of +/- 15 degrees with a rotation height of 50 +/- 0.2 mm.

The AU200-15×15-01 Motorized Stage (pictured) and the AU200-15×15-04 Motorized Stage are powered by Two-Phase Stepper Motors and have high 0.25 micron resolution and high 1.5 micron repeatability.

The AU200-15×15-04 stage includes Quadrature encoders for position verification. Both stages have a large 3.54 in. x 3.54 in. (90 mm x 90 mm) platform with large open aperture and feature standard 1 mm-per-turn ground lead screws, and precision V-grove and Cross Roller guides.

This high precision miniature size rotary stage is just 35 mm (1.378 in.) high and the footprint including the standard 2-phase 1.8 degree stepper motor is only 58 mm (2.283 in) by 100.5 mm (3.957 in ). The table has a precision pattern of 6 8-M2x4L threaded mounting holes in the rotary table for fixtures or tooling, and an 8 mm (0.315 in) diameter through hole. Countersunk holes in the base allow for easy unobstructed integration into new and existing applications. The diameter of the AR39-AH Miniature Rotary Table is 39 mm (1.535 in.) and range of travel is a full 360 degrees of continuous rotation.

(OES) is a high resolution, high repeatability XY stage for such applications as: alignment, assembly, laser drilling, machining, medical, industrial, semiconductor handling, testing, scanning, and optical applications. The linear travel of the X and Y axes is 50 mm x 50mm, and the resolution of each axis is 5 microns (non-micro-step) or 0.125 microns (with 20 micro-steps per step motor driver in use), repeatability is 1.5 microns, and positional accuracy is 5 microns. The 1 mm per-turn lead screws and preloaded V-groove and crossed roller bearings contribute to the high precision and stiffness of the AU200-50×50-SC Alignment Stage

The XY table measures 155 mm x 155 mm and features a precision pattern of drilled and threaded mounting holes to facilitate the addition tooling or fixtures. Additionally a table with a large open aperture is also available. This low profile black anodized aluminum XY stage is easy to integrate into new or existing systems.

The two-phase stepper motors with knobs for manual adjustments of each axis are standard for the AU200-50×50-SC Alignment Stage, however, the knobs can be replaced with incremental encoders for position verification or closed loop operation. As an option, servo motors are also available. Compatible Motion Controllers are also available from OES and the AU200-50×50-SC alignment stage can be ordered as a complete plug-and-play system.
